Keeping track of your Invoices
If you're on an Enterprise subscription, please contact the account holder at your company, or your account manager, to get access to your invoices.
If you have a Premium subscription, please visit https://www.duedil.com/account/invoices, where you'll be able to download all previous invoices.
Keeping track of your Quota balance
Quotas, or credits, refer to the amount of information you can export from DueDil. For Enterprise subscriptions, these represent a protection to ensure fair use, and are not intended to limit your use of DueDil. If your subscription runs out of quota, please feel free to contact the customer success team.
There are four types of quota:
Bulk export quota - this refers to the number of lines of company and director data you export from the Find companies page, or from a list.
Credit report quota - this refers to the number of credit reports you generate
Financial CSV quota - this refers to the number of downloads of company financials from the Financials tab you make
Document download quota - this refers to the number of official documents you download from the company page.
It's easy keep track of how much quota is left on your subscription.
Just visit the Membership section of your account settings: https://www.duedil.com/account/membership. Here you'll see a full breakdown of your purchased quota, how many are still available, and their expiry date.
Keeping track of your Order History
If you're a member of an Enterprise subscription, you can view a breakdown of all the downloads made on the subscription. Just visit the Order History section of your company account settings.
If you have a Premium subscription, you can view your Order History by visiting https://www.duedil.com/account/orders.
