To help you spend less time on tedious data admin, and to help make sure the data in your CRM is up to date, uniform and accurate, you can export a CSV file of your results to upload into your CRM.
You can export your results as a CSV from the Find Companies page:
Or from an existing List:
At this stage you will be able to customise the information you export.
Step 1, select the range of results you want to export.
Step 2, choose if you want to include information on open and closed director and secretary positions.
Step 3 lets you choose the types of information on each company you want to export, like financial figures and industry classification.
Step 4 gives you a preview of your results, and you can choose to add additional phone numbers from BT OSIS at step 5.
Finally, simply confirm and redeem your results to generate the export.
